Paul joined Carlsberg in 2007 as Marketing Director in the Carlsberg UK business before becoming VP Marketing and then VP Sales in Sweden, a market with an integrated Beer and Soft Drinks portfolio. He moved to Carlsberg’s Central Office where he worked in the Global Marketing organisation leading Craft and Speciality brands before moving to Poland as Managing Director of the Carlsberg business in Poland in 2019.
For four years, Paul then led the Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company in the UK with a mission to integrate two companies, and with his team, he successfully oversaw a significant transformation to the business and the culture.
Tom had been with Britvic since March 2021 in the roles of Group Finance Director and GB Finance Director. Prior to that he has held Finance leadership positions with Costa Coffee, TUI, Jumeirah Group and easyJet amongst others.
In this role Ben leads both the beer and soft drinks teams to deliver profitable growth with our Off-Trade customers, identifying opportunities to leverage our portfolios and the organisational strengths of Carlsberg Britvic.
Ben joined Britvic in 2016 after an eight-year career with Procter & Gamble. Since 2019, Ben has been leading the Retail function across sales, shopper marketing and category functions and has more recently taken leadership responsibility across both Retail and Hospitality teams within Britvic GB.
Chris Pratt was appointed to VP Sales for the On Trade channel moving from the VP Sales Off Trade and e-commerce in the Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company.
Chris joined Carlsberg in 2016 and has held a number of Sales and Commercial roles, having joined the organisation following a successful career in the Cadbury/Mondelez organisation that he joined in 1999.
In this role Chris leads the sales team who work with our customers in the Licensed, Workplace, Leisure, Education and Dining channels.
Bruce and his team connect and collaborate across all Commercial functions and the total end-to-end business to unlock the multiple growth opportunities that exist for our new enlarged portfolio.
Bruce joined Britvic in 2016 initially in the Marketing function and has been a member of the GB Executive team since 2018. Prior to Britvic, Bruce held a range of Marketing roles in Diageo and Unilever across Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific.
Munnawar leads our talented marketing and brand teams to continue enhancing our impressive, integrated portfolio of soft drinks and beer brands, delighting our consumers at every opportunity.
Munnawar joined Britvic in 2023 from Walgreens Boots Alliance, where she served as VP Global Category Director Beauty for four years. She has also held Marketing leadership roles at GSK, Johnson & Johnson, and Scottish & Newcastle, among others.
Deborah leads the people agenda for Carlsberg Britvic.
Together, Deborah and the team are leading on building a growth culture while supporting our leaders to execute change, build talent, and progress our journey on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, along with the full HR service.
Deborah joined Carlsberg in 2022 having previously led the Global HR team at Nisbets, leading HR in Smiths News and in a range of senior HR positions at Vodafone.
Nigel leads our factories and breweries as well as the critical Sales & Operations Planning processes for our integrated beverages organisation.
Nigel joined Britvic in 2004, and has held roles in both Commercial and Supply Chain functions in his time in the business, including three years leadng in Britvic North America.
Sarah works with her team to deliver our fantastic portfolio to all our customers in the On and Off Trades.
Sarah joined Carlsberg in 2019 having spent nearly 10 years at Coca-Cola leading Cold Drink Operations and Customer Logistics. Prior to that she was the Head of Operations at Oxford University Press and Customer Services Director at NWPW.
Russell leads the exciting area of Breakthrough Brands which includes Plenish, Jimmy’s and London Essence at Carlsberg Britvic.
Russell joined Britvic in 2015 working in Commercial Strategy and leading the Hospitality Team prior to setting up Breakthrough Brands where he is responsible for building, acquiring, and scaling emerging high growth brands.
In addition to his career at Britvic which spans 16 years in total across two stints, Russell has worked at leading UK retailers Marks & Spencer and Fat Face, and has spent five years in management consulting.
Kathryn led Corporate Affairs for Britvic plc for six years, having previously held a number of senior corporate affairs, communications and strategy roles in complex, global organisations across multiple sectors, including consumer goods/beverages. She headed up Group Corporate Communications at Diageo plc for 14 years.
Chris works across the overall integration, bringing the benefit of his Britvic experience across all geographies working hand in hand with the Carlsberg Group strategy team.
Chris joined Britvic in 1998 and has had an outstanding career working in commercial functions, business transformation, supply chain, strategy and investor relations, among other areas.
