Wholesale Supplied Single Tap Install Promotion - February 2026

1.    In these terms and conditions, CMBC means Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company Limited and Carlsberg Britvic Brands are drinks brands owned by CMBC or its affiliates, or which CMBC is exclusively licensed to distribute.

2.    This offer is available to owners or tenants of non-brewer-affiliated (i.e. free of tie) licensed premises in England, Scotland and Wales that meet the following eligibility requirements (Eligible Customer):  

a.    that place an order for, and begin dispensing at their licensed premises (Premises) one of the draught Carlsberg Britvic Brands listed in Paragraph 4 below (Draught Product), where that Draught Product replaces a competing brand (i.e. a non-Carlsberg Brand) on the bar at the Premises;

b.    that place an order for, and begin stocking at the Premises, at least five packaged Carlsberg Britvic Brands of which (a) at least one must be from Carlsberg Britvic’s  low/no packaged range, (b) one must be a Carlsberg Britvic packaged Ale, and (c) one must be a packaged beer focus brand and (d) two must be from the Carlsberg Britvic Focus Soft Brand (Packaged Products) (where the ale is Brooklyn Stonewall a different product from the list in (c) must be stocked) ;

c.    the first orders referred to in Paragraphs 2 (a) and (b) above must be placed prior to 31st December 2026;

d.    that do not currently stock, and have not stocked, the Draught Product in the 6 months prior to the first order date referred to in Paragraph 2 (a), unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter;

e.    that have passed, to CMBC’s satisfaction, such credit checks as CMBC may require;

f.    that enter into a contract with CMBC that will include the following key terms (Contract):

i.    be for a term of one year;

ii.    requires the Eligible Customer to only purchase the Draught Product and Packaged Products from a wholesaler approved by CMBC in writing (Authorised Wholesaler);

iii.    requires the Eligible Customer to stock the Draught Product and Packaged Products throughout the duration of the Contract; and

iv.    requires the Eligible Customer to purchase directly from the Authorised Wholesaler for consumption at the Premises at least 1 x 50 litre keg of the Draught Product each week (MPO).  

3.    A copy of the Contract is available on request and will apply to the exclusion of any other terms that the Eligible Customer seeks to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing. In the event of conflict between these terms and the Contract, the Contract shall take precedence.

4.    Eligible Customers that comply with the requirements of these terms and conditions and the Contract in full will be entitled to receive a listing fee based on the Draught Product they install as follows:

5.    A Barrel is the volume equivalent of 36 gallons (which is equal to 163.66 litres).

6.    If the Eligible Customer does not met the MPO in full this may result in the duration of the Contract being extended or shortfall charges being payable.

7.    The Promoter shall solely determine whether a licensed premises is eligible to participate in this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of a licensed premises and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Any investment may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied that the eligibility requirements have been met. 

8.    The Promoter will be entitled to withdraw an Eligible Customer’s entitlement to the listing fee if, as a result of or in connection with the Eligible Customer’s acts or omissions, the installation of the Draught Product by the Promoter’s technical services provider has not taken place within three months of that installation being requested by the Eligible Customer. 

9.    Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.

10.    The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters regarding this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.    The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend this promotion and / or review and revise these terms at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion, participants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

12.    This promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
