The promoter has appointed ZEAL Creative Limited (company number 08949923) with registered office at 70 Market Street, Tottington, Bury, BL8 3LJ and PromoVeritas Limited (company number 04437132) with a registered office at Monument House, 215 Marsh Road, Pinner, HA5 5NE, United Kingdom to administer this promotion on its behalf (each an Agency).
The Microsite (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) is developed and administered by Think Incorporated Limited (company number 04923692) with registered office at 25 Dunster Close, Kings Norton, Birmingham, West Midlands, B30 3RY (Developer).
The prizes available to be won in this promotion are arranged, fulfilled and delivered by:
(a) In the case of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Prizes (as defined in the Terms and Conditions), Cloud Nine Incentives (company number 07342147) with registered office at Np-105, Icentre Howard Way, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, England, MK16 9PY.
(b) In the case of the Tier 3 Prizes (as defined in the Terms and Conditions), STACI UK of Walker Park, Blackburn BB1 2LG.
(each a Fulfilment Agency).
How will your personal data be used?
1. The personal data that you provide in connection with this promotion (and, if applicable, the personal data of your guest) will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility of entrants, selecting and contacting the winners and fulfilling the prize(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this promotion below (“Terms and Conditions”).
2. If you win a prize, the Agency will:
a. make your name and county available, as a winner, to people requesting that information in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and as required by the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing. If you do not want your name to be made available, please inform the Agency using [email protected]. Note that, if requested to do so, the Agency may still share winners’ details with the Advertising Standards Authority.
4. The Terms and Conditions are the legal basis for the processing of personal data in connection with this promotion. If you do not provide your personal data, your entry cannot be processed, you will not be notified if you have won a prize, nor will it be possible to award a prize to you. If (where applicable) your guest does not provide their personal data, then they cannot be included in the prize.
5. Your personal data (and, if applicable, the personal data of your guest) will not be disclosed or shared with any third party other than those who are engaged to administer the promotion and to fulfil and deliver the prize(s), or third parties who request details of the winner(s) of this promotion as described at paragraph 2(a) above.
6. Your personal data (and, if applicable, the personal data of the winner’s guest) may be sent to countries outside of the UK in order to conduct aspects of the promotion (e.g. where fulfilment of the prize happens in another country). Where this occurs, the party responsible will ensure that any transfer happens in accordance with applicable law.
7. If you are unsuccessful in winning a prize, the Agency will delete your personal data promptly after the prizes have been awarded and distributed. If you are a winner, your personal data will not be processed for any longer than is required for the party processing your data to comply with the law or to fulfil its obligations to you and other third parties. To find out more, you can contact the relevant party using the contact details provided at paragraph 9 below.
8. In accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations, you are reminded that you (and your guest where applicable) may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment, opposition to treatment (including a right to require that your personal data is erased), your right to amend your data and right to ask to port (transfer) your data directly to another third party. Please note that if you wish to exercise your right to require that your personal data is erased, this will automatically remove your entry from the promotion and, if you are a winner (or a guest of a winner), will mean that you cannot receive or take up the prize.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the "Carlsberg – Win an International Match Trip to the UEFA Nations League Finals” promotion. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as you will be legally bound by them from the time that you enter.
If there is a conflict in these Terms and Conditions with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this promotion, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence.
Eligibility
1. This promotion is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in England & Wales, other than employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, its associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
How to Enter
3. You will require internet access, an email address, a mobile phone number, and a smartphone with a camera to enter this promotion. A purchase is also necessary. No free entry route is available.
4. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
5. Promotional Period: The promotion starts at 00:01 BST on 11/05/26 and ends at 23:59 BST on 02/08/26 inclusive (the Main Promotional Period), within which there are two separate online entry periods:
a. Online Instant Win Period: Purchase and enter between 00:01 BST on 11/05/26 and ends at 23:59 BST on 02/08/26 inclusive.
b. Late Entry Period: Purchase and enter between 00:01 BST on 03/08/26 and ends at 23:59 BST on 27/09/26 inclusive.
6. To enter the promotion, you must:
a. Golden Can:
i. During the Main Promotional Period, purchase one of the following golden can promotional packs of Carlsberg (440ml Products) from a participating retailer (see clause 10):

If you find a golden can in your 440ml Product, you must scan the QR code on the can or visit winwithcarlsberg.co.uk/goldencan/ and complete the online form by entering your name, email address, mobile number, the unique code on the base of the can, and the store you purchased the product from. You must also upload a valid photo of the unique code that is found on the bottom of the can as part of your online form. See clause 8 for image upload criteria.
b. Online Instant Win:
i. During the Online Instant Win Period, purchase one of the following promotional packs of Carlsberg (each a Product) from a participating retailer (see clause 10):

c. Late Entry Draw:
i. During the Late Entry Period, purchase one of the following promotional packs of Carlsberg (each a Product) from a participating retailer (see clause 10):

Scan the QR code displayed on the purchased Product or visit winwithcarlsberg.co.uk (Microsite), follow the on-screen prompts on the Microsite and fully complete the online form by entering your full name, email address, mobile phone number, last 4 digits of the Product bar code, and the store you purchased the pack from to be entered into the Late Entry Prize Draw.
7. All entrants must obtain an itemised receipt as proof of your purchase (Receipt) and retain this until 27.10.26 as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their prize. The receipt must state the time and date of purchase prior to entry. Golden Can entrants must retain their golden can as proof of winning.
8. Image upload criteria:
Entrants must upload a genuine photo personally taken by them that clearly shows the unique code sticker on the bottom of the gold 440ml Carlsberg Danish Pilsner can in focus. Images that are unclear, show non-promotional products, are digitally altered or AI-generated, are screenshots or taken from online sources, are photographed or shown in a store setting, where it’s clearly visible on store shelves or displays, or are otherwise deemed not to be original will be invalid. Any image submitted by more than one entrant (duplicate images) will result in all associated entries being disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any image it considers invalid, fraudulent, inappropriate, or otherwise non-compliant with these terms, at its sole discretion.
9. Products are available from participating retailers only and are subject to availability.

11. Due to the nature of this Promotion, it is not possible for Golden Cans to be evenly distributed amongst participating stores. As such, there is the potential for Golden Cans to not appear in some retailers.
12. Any instructions provided at the point of entry form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
13. Entries received after the Late Entry Period has ended will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received outside of the Main Promotional Period or the Late Entry Period for any reason. Proof of sending shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
14. Entrants may only enter the Online Instant Win and Late Entry Draw promotions using the relevant entry page. No more than one (1) entry will be accepted per person per week for the duration of these Promotions. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
15. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
a. are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;
b. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
c. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
d. contains any content which has been created by an AI tool or which has been influenced by AI; or
e. promotes any political agenda.
Prizes
16. Golden Can (“Tier 1”) Prizes: There will be a total of 10 Tier 1 Prizes available. Each winner will win 1 x 2-night overseas trip to watch a 2027 UEFA Nations League Finals match for the winner and one guest (who must be aged 18 or over). Exact match is subject to availability and the winner’s discretion.
17. Online Instant Win Prizes: Each winner will win one of the following:
a. Tier 2 Prizes: There will be a total of 5 winners. Each winner will win 1 x Entertainment package.
b. Tier 3 Prizes: There will be a total of 150 winners. Each winner will win 1 x 18x440ml pack of Carlsberg Danish Pilsner.
18. Late Entry Draw Prizes: There will be a total of 50 winners. Each winner will win 1 x 18x440ml pack of Carlsberg Danish Pilsner (“Tier 3 Prize”).
19. No more than one Tier 1, one Tier 2, and one Tier 3 Prize may be won per person across the Main Promotional Period and Late Entry Draw.
Terms Applicable to Tier 1 Prizes
20. Each Tier 1 Prize will include:
a. Return economy flights from the winners’ choice of UK airport which offers direct flights to the international destination of the match (subject to booking availability), with one large cabin bag and one item of under-seat hand luggage (handbag or rucksack) per person;
b. Return airport-hotel transfers at the destination;
c. Accommodation for 2 nights at 4* hotel for the winner and guest sharing a double or twin bedroom (or such equivalent accommodation as the Fulfilment Agency may in its discretion provide) with breakfast included;
d. 2 x 2027 UEFA Nations Leagues Finals Match tickets & hospitality. The specific match, location and date is subject to ticket and winner availability. The Fulfilment Agency will provide further details closer to the departure time.
21. Fulfilment of the Prize will be arranged by email between the Fulfilment Agency and the winner. The Fulfilment Agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter and the Fulfilment Agency will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates and locations are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
22. Winners and their guests must be aged 18 years or older. The Fulfilment Agency reserves the right to verify the age of the winners and their guests by requesting copies of valid photo identification. If such identification shows that the winner is under 18 years old, the prize will be forfeited. If identification provided for a winner’s guest shows that the guest is under 18 years old, the winner will be asked to nominate a replacement guest who is aged 18 or older. Any failure by the winner to respond to requests for guest nomination or identification may result in the prize being forfeited.
23. Match dates have not yet been confirmed. The Fulfilment Agency will notify the winner as soon as the match date has been formally released. The winner must be available to attend on the confirmed event date. If the winner is unavailable or unable to attend on the scheduled date, the prize will be deemed forfeited and no alternative date, prize, or compensation will be offered.
24. The prize will be booked by the Fulfilment Agency, and the winner will provide all reasonable assistance to the Agency for such purposes. A valid credit or debit card may be required as a security deposit when checking into the accommodation.
25. The Promoter will pay the cost of a standard room plus room-related taxes.
26. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
27. Flights are subject to booking availability and winners acknowledge that their first choice may not be available and that they may be offered indirect flights where circumstances make this necessary. There is no flight alternative.
28. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer. Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued on the flight tickets or any loyalty programme.
29. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the airline’s Conditions of Carriage and Booking Terms and Conditions.
30. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks).
31. Transfers to and from the winner’s home address to the airport in their home country are not included.
32. Match day tickets are subject to any regulations in force at the match venue from time to time and the terms and conditions of the match venue. The use of a ticket to enter the stadium constitutes acceptance of the ticket terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the relevant stadium. The winner and their guest must comply with he ground regulations. Tickets will be emailed to the winner using the email address provided by the winner (email address required).
33. The Promoter shall not be liable if the winner and/or their guest is refused entry because they do not meet the conditions of entry into the relevant stadium. The stadium has the right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
34. Those who are on a football banning order, banned from any sports events or on a list of known “hooligans” are not allowed to enter this Promotion.
35. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to yourselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused transport or entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.
36. Unless otherwise stated, any expenses incurred by the winner and their guest in general use and enjoyment of the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. Other travel expenses incurred outside the provided allowance (including additional travel costs to and from UK departure airport), expenses, equipment and additional facilities excluded. The Promoter and the Fulfilment Agency will not be liable to pay any further sums in excess of the allowance which have arisen as a result of any associated travel delays or cancellations.
37. The winner and their guest must procure their own travel insurance and any necessary vaccinations, immunisations or similar and supply proof of adequate insurance to cover the trip to the Fulfilment Agency upon request. Both the winner and their guest must be legally able to travel to confirmed International Match location on the date booked for travel (including, but not limited to, meeting any Covid-19 regulations / restrictions which apply at the time of travel) and obtain all necessary visas and other documentation for travel (including, but not limited to, any Covid-19 documentation required). Copies of valid passports will also be required.
38. It is the responsibility of the winners and their guests to ensure that their passport will remain valid for a sufficient amount of time to permit entry to the confirmed International Match location on the date of travel. If unsure of the requirements, the winner and their guest are advised to consult the guidance issued by HM Passport Office on the GOV.UK website. In the event the winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
39. The Prize will be forfeited if:
a. The winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
b. The winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within the pre-booked period; or
c. The winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.
40. Once booked, tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available.
41. If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
42. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the trip or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
43. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
Terms Applicable to Tier 2 Prizes
44. Each Tier 2 Prize will consist of: 1 x Entertainment package. There will be a total of 5 x entertainment packages that can be won in the Main Promotional Period from purchasing any of the listed promotional packs. Any unclaimed Tier 2 Prizes in the Main Promotional Period will be automatically added to the prize pool in the Mop Up Draw.

46. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
47. The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.
48. Any warranty is subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty period.
49. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.
50. Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products being offered as Prizes.

52. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
53. The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.
General
54. Any further prize details will be confirmed when the winner is contacted. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of at least equal value if circumstances make this necessary.
55. Each prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be offered. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that their prize can be used by them (and their guest if applicable). If for any reason the Prize/s or any element of the Prize/s is / are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection, Notification and Claiming
Online Instant Win
56. Winner Selection: 5 Tier 2 Prizes and 150 Tier 3 Prizes will be assigned to randomly pre-determined moments (hours, minutes, seconds), each day of the Main Promotional Period (each a Winning Moment). The first entrant to submit a valid entry on the Microsite on or after the occurrence of a Winning Moment will be awarded the prize assigned to that Winning Moment. If, for any reason, no valid entry is received between one Winning Moment and the next, the prize allocated to that Winning Moment will be rolled over to the next occurring Winning Moment. In this event, the first two entrants to submit a valid entry following the next occurring Winning Moment will each win a prize. Any surplus of prizes remaining on expiry of the Main Promotional Period will be allocated to the Late Entry Draw.
57. Winner Notification: The provisional winning entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have won a prize (subject to validation) and will be required to follow the instructions to enter their full England or Wales delivery address details in the provided fields on the win notification page within 14 days. Provisional winners may be required to evidence of identity and eligibility. If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the provisional winner and return the Prize to the Online Instant Win prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the Online Instant Win Period.
Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements or are received after the stated period will be void and invalid, and we reserve the right to return the prize to the Online Instant Win prize pool which may be won by someone else during the Online Instant Win Period.
58. Prize Acceptance: If the winner’s entry has been successfully validated, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Prizes will be dispatched to winners by The Fulfilment Agency via a courier service within 28 working days of entry verification to the address provided on the win notification page. Tier 2 and Tier 3 Prizes will be deemed to have been awarded and fulfilled upon successful delivery.
Golden Can
59. A total of 10 Golden Cans will be fairly and randomly distributed amongst 440ml Products under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
60. Transferability of Golden Cans: Golden Cans must not be sold for commercial gain in any way, including on online auction sites. If the Promoter becomes aware that a Golden Can has been made available for sale, bought or sold, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to redeem the Golden Can without payment of compensation to the entrant who submits the relevant Golden Can for verification as a valid win.
61. Prize Claiming: If you have found a Golden Can, you must follow the on-screen prompts on the Microsite mentioned in clause 6.a.ii. Any claims received that do not meet these requirements or are received after the Main Promotional Period will be void and invalid.
62. Prize Acceptance: The Tier 1 Prize winners will be contacted by the Developer within seven working days of their entry submission using the contact details provided by the winner on the Microsite to enter the promotion. Winners must respond to the Developer that they wish to accept the prize within 14 days. Once the Developer has received confirmation and validated their entry, the Fulfilment Agency will contact the winner within 7-working days of receiving the winner details. Both the Developer and the Fulfilment Agency will make reasonable attempts to contact Tier 1 Prize winners using the contact information provided at the point of entry. If the Developer or Fulfilment Agency has been unable to establish contact with any winner within 14 days of its first attempt, that Tier 1 Prize will be forfeited.
63. In the event that a Tier 1 Prize has not been claimed before the end of the Main Promotional Period or the entry is invalid as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, no replacement winner will be drawn, and the prize is forfeited absolutely.
Late Entry Draw
64. Late Entry Winner Selection: 50 provisional winners will be drawn from all valid entries received during the Late Entry Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results. Prizes will be allocated at random. The Late Entry Draw will take place within five working days of the end of the Late Entry Period.
65. Mop Up Draw: Following the end of the Main Promotional Period, in the event of any unclaimed/unwon Online Instant Win Prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a random draw for all non-winning entrants. As this depends wholly on what is won during the Promotion, the number of Prizes that may be awarded by this route is unknown.
66. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be notified via email within five working days of Late Entry Winner Selection or the Late Entry Draw, as applicable, and may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not follow the link within their win notification email to enter their full England or Wales delivery address details in the provided fields within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
67. Prize Acceptance: If the winner’s claim has been successfully validated, Prizes will be dispatched to winners by The Fulfilment Agency via a courier service within 28 working days of entry verification to the address provided on the win notification page. Tier 2 and Tier 3 Prizes will be deemed to have been awarded and fulfilled upon successful delivery. In the unlikely event that a Prize does not arrive within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing [email protected] within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
All Prizes
68. A prize may be forfeited and a replacement winner drawn at the Promoter’s sole discretion in the following events:
a. the Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 prize is declined, or a winner cannot take up their prize;
b. a winner is disqualified under the Terms and Conditions of this promotion;
c. a Tier 1 winner fails to claim their prize in accordance with paragraph 61 above;
d. a Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 winner fails to provide a valid Receipt as proof of purchase if requested; or
e. delivery of a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Prize cannot be completed using reasonable attempts.
69. The Promoter reserves the right to require, at its discretion, any winner of a Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3 Prize to produce a valid Receipt as proof of purchase of a Product. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability of a winner to produce a valid Receipt on request (whether through loss or damage, or for any other reason).

71. To obtain the name and county of the winner(s), please email [email protected] between one month and three months of the end of the Main Promotional Period. Entrants can object to disclosure or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting the Promoter via [email protected]. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
72. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
73. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner (or any guest of a winner) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
74. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries or winner notifications which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (e) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the promotion or to download any materials in connection with the promotion.
75. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and / or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
76. Any entrant who attempts to circumvent this clause by using alternative details or any other spam or malicious methods or who tampers with the entry process will be disqualified from participation in the Promotion, and any future promotion run by the Promoter. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties and entries beyond the maximum allowed will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of "script," brute force or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. An entrant who enters the Promotion on behalf of another person will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion. Any entry which, in some way, does not meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. Any ban issued may be carried forward to future Promotions run by any of the participating parties.
77. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available above.
78. By entering this promotion, each entrant warrants that all information submitted about them is true, current and complete.
79. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
80. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
81. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
82. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
